- Q1. Is your electrical cable sold by the metre and will this be a continuous length if I purchase more than one metre?
- A1. Yes our cable is sold by the metre UNLESS the description states otherwise - we sell packs of short lengths which the description details the number of lengths in the pack. Some cables are only available to purchase on 100metre drums. Cable sold by the metre and on 100metre drums are supplied as a continuous length.
- Q2. Are your chandelier chains sold by the metre and if so can I have them cut to the lengths that I need?
- A2. It will state in the description or drop down menu if the purchase length is less than 1metre as we have some chains that are purchased in 19 inch lengths, half metre lengths or set lengths. If you require lengths that are not specified please contact us prior to placing your order so that we can quote for non-standard lengths. Chains sold by the metre will normally be sent as continuus lengths, if you choose from a drop down menu 2 x 400mm lengths these would be 2 individual lengths
- Q3. I need my order urgently but cannot see a postage option on your website - can I upgrade my order?
- A3. Where possible we are happy to assist in a faster dispatch but there may be some exceptions - please telephone us, 01206332938 before placing your order so that we can confirm delivery options and delivery price upgrades. Please note that antique stock parts are generally excluded from next day delivery services.
- Q4. Where is your electrical cable manufactured
- A4. Our electrical cable is supplied by a UK award winning manufacturer
- Q5. Do your lamp holders meet UK safety certifications
- A5. All our electrical products meet current legislations with appropriate certification

- A8. Payment can be made by Credit/Debit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer
- Q9. How do I update the quantity on my order
- A9. The default is 1 so if you wish to order more than one (and we display more than one in stock, Click on Buy Now Select the Country of Purchase update the quantity in the quantity box and click on the 2 arrows (or the update button just above the checkout button) this will update the quantity and the order value - if you prefer orders can be placed by telephone between 10 a.m and 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday
